How the 90-Day Guarantee Works

If you are not satisfied with your experience after consistent use, you can request a return or refund within 90 days of receiving your package.

Return Process

• Contact Support: Email us at support@tryspartanhair.us with your order number and full name.
• Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and the official return facility address.
• Ship the Item Back: Ship the product (including empty/used bottles) back to our return center using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@tryspartanhair.us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will send a free replacement immediately.
